Sonny Mascarenas, a licensed Architect, Builder, and the Owner of AQUA TERRA, has over 40 years experience in architectural design and general construction. He has an excellent reputation in working closely with home owners to combine each other’s vision and bring a project to reality. “I will work closely with the home owner to design a unique and beautiful project that can meet their budget and be completed on a timely schedule.”
His projects include everything from family play pools to extensive master plans that include negative edge pools, architectural structures and additions, cabanas, barbeque islands, firepits, fireplaces, waterfalls, swim-up bars and more. He has designed and built projects throughout Southern California and in the exclusive beach and inland communities of San Diego County.
